The app handles everything on its own - in-person mode passes roles privately on a single shared phone. The physical deck is for groups that prefer the feel of dealing real cards at the table.

100 cards covering every moderator-mode role, plus extras for the deck's killer-promotion and swap mechanics. Designed to support up to 15 players and every role combination the moderator can pick.

Each card shows the role art, faction, name, and a one-line ability summary on the front. All backs are identical for blind dealing.

Every role in the rulebook is included. Quantities are tuned so the deck supports every mechanic - killer promotions, amnesiac swaps, and citizen-heavy 15-player lobbies.

Why these numbers?

Some roles show up a lot in a real game, others almost never. The deck is built around what actually happens at the table.

• 7x Mafioso - filler for the Mafia team, and swap-ins when a Mafia killer dies so the hit doesn't stop.
• 13x Citizen - plenty of regular townsfolk for full 15-player nights.
• 6x Cult Member - the cult converts a new member each night, so spares come in handy.
• 4x Mason, 3x Decoy, 3x Miller - common picks that you'll often want a few of.
• 2x of everything else - so the Amnesiac always has a role to wake up as.
